Atlantic Puffin, Clodin Roy (2000)

Clodin Roy was born in Ste-Croix de Lotbinière in 1954. He is a self-taught artist with a broad range of interests: music, comic-strip techniques, caricatures and painting. In 1978, Clodin discovered ornithology. Numerous field trips inspired him to paint animals, especially birds, in their habitats. Since 1982, he has participated in many solo as well as group exhibits. His acute sense of observation combined with a profound sensitivity make him an artist worth noting.
